Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

Middleware Specialist:

General Skills: 

Experience with AWS or other cloud provider platforms migrating, deploying and managing cloud-native applications and services

Experience with DevOps tools such as CodePipeline, CDK/CloudFormation, Kiro, CloudWatch, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or others.

Experience with web and applications tier servers

Experience in middleware software installation, configuration, tuning, system optimization and administration, as well as experience with application development

Experience with middleware and gateways

Experience on application monitoring and support

Experience Building and maintaining automated pipelines for build, test, and deployment

Experience building and deploying containers and workload orchestration platform

Experience with development framework/technologies

Experience with change management and release management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications

Experience with incident and problem management processes

Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications

Experience producing design artefacts, code, configurations, scripts, and test cases

Ability to analyze the results from functional, security, load-and-stress testing and resolve reported issues

Ability to analyze and solve data integrity, security, configuration and recovery issues

Assess and test Change Requests (CRQ) with technical content and updating as necessary

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of GO-PKI Security or similar public/private key Infrastructure

Experience conducting system and application monitoring and performance and data integrity in accordance with ITIL standards

Experience sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products:

o   Merative Curam

o   IBM WebSphere

o   IBM Cognos Analytics

o   IBM Business Automation Workflow

o   Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Apache httpd

o   Oracle Database 19c (and later)

o   Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition

o   Oracle Siebel

o   Oracle Identity Manager / Oracle Internet Directory

o   Oracle Analytics Server

o   Oracle Intelligent Advisor

o   Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (eBS)

o   Informatica PowerCentre

o   CTRL-M Workload Automation

o   Nagios, Prometheus, DynaTrace, Grafana, SiteScope and other monitoring tools

o   OpenSearch, Logstash

o   Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server

o   Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS

Must haves:
