Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Placement: Source, hire, and place IT professionals in contract roles for our clients.
Candidate Sourcing: Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS Systems, Job Boards, Referrals, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify top candidates.
Government Bids: Collaborate with account managers to write and ensure compliance on bids for government RFS and RFP submissions.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain open communication with candidates during recruitment and onboarding, providing career guidance and consistent updates.
Client Relationships: Work with account managers to deliver exceptional service, foster new business opportunities, and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
Trade Engagement: Represent Wirehead in industry events to enhance brand visibility in the IT community.
Pipeline Development: Continuously build a pipeline of qualified candidates through our ATS and other sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT recruitment, serving public sector, banking, financial services and other private sector clients.
Recruitment Expertise: Knowledge of 360 full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, networking, security clearances, and compliance.
Government Procurement: Familiarity with proposal writing, bid preparation, RFP processes, and pricing models for IT staffing.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities; interpersonal skills; bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.
National Scope: Proven ability to recruit across multiple locations in Canada.
Work Ethic: Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company values.
This role is ideal for an experienced agency IT recruiter with a strong grasp of government procurement and a passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
What’s in it for you:
Wirehead offers a base salary of $55,000-$65,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after a salaried training period. Or one of the following compensation packages.
1. Profit sharing model (High-Split or Net-Margin model)
a. 50/50 profit split (standard)
b. 60/40 split (full desk)
c. The Draw option (recoverable draw)
