QA Automation Test Engineer

Requirements: What you'll need

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

QA and Technical experience

• 5+ years of experience with DevOps/Agile/Scrum Methodology working with Web and Mobile technologies, as well as different OS/Platforms
• 5+ years of experience with different manual testing types: Systems testing, Mobile, AODA and UAT testing
• Solid experience creating Test Strategy/Test Plan document
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with BRD: analyzing business requirements and creating test data requirements
• Extensive experience with preparing detailed test cases to test functionality
• Proven experience with identifying bugs in software; excellent ability to document and explain bugs/issues to Dev and business teams
• Solid experience with triaging defects, participating and leading triage meetings, and producing defect summary reports
• Hands on experience with various defect tracking tools
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios in HP ALM and DevOps
• Hands on extensive experience with creating Automation suites, work with scripts for project Iterations, executing automation testing, and analyzing results, providing a report to the project team and management on the bottlenecks and trigger points
• Testing tools and techniques: AODA – JAWS, VoiceOver and other market leading voice tools
• Experience with statistics tools, e.g. Google Analytics and Crystal reports

Communication Skills

• Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to; reports, reviews, assessments
• Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
• Ability to communicate designs and development in clear and understandable manner
