Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

QA Skills
·       Working knowledge of the entire Software Testing processes
·       Experience with software testing and testing methodologies
·       Experience in manual and automated testing
·       Experience in writing test scripts, test cases and test scenarios, testing web applications and reporting defects
·       Experience with executing system and user acceptance test
·       Experience testing web applications that use content management systems as backend (e.g. Kentico, Contentful)

Technical Skills
·       Proficiency with desktop tools (Visio, MS Office, MS Project, MS Outlook) Experience with HP NonStop (Tandem) batch, online, n-tier and web environment
·       Experience in testing WebFocus applications
·       Strong technical skills in SQL, and XML, ASP.NET testing with Web forms, JScript for multi-browser support , CSS testing experience
·       Headless Content Management System (CMS) testing experience – e.g. Kentico Kontent, Contentful
·       Demonstrated AODA testing experience with full WCAG AA compliance in-web applications
·       Experience using screen reader (JAWS, NVDA) for testing and High Compliance Sherriff tool
·       Demonstrates experience with Test Automation tool in particular Quick Test pro v10.0, HP Quality Center
·       Experience in an HP NonStop (Tandem) batch, online, n-tier and web environment
·       Experience working in projects following Agile approach; working in short iterations, test user stories, track estimates in TFS/DevOps
·       Experience in testing WebFocus applications

General Skills
·       Experience in dealing with multiple teams representing various areas in delivering the project
·       Demonstrates capacity to work collaboratively with client organizations
·       A team player with a track record for meeting strict deadlines
·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; inter personal and negotiation skills

Public Sector Experience
·       Experience within the public sector is nice to have

MUST HAVES:

·       Experience in writing test scripts, test cases and test scenarios, testing web applications and reporting defects
·       Headless Content Management System (CMS) testing experience – e.g. Kentico Kontent, Contentful
·       Demonstrated AODA testing experience with full WCAG AA compliance in-web applications

PREFERRED SKILLS

Testing + JAWS / NVDA + AODA + Kentico
