Requirements: What you’ll need
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
·       Act as Program Manager to ensure project activities and objectives are aligned to the overall program.
·       Deliver governance and reporting.
·       Deliver standard Program Management artifacts (Charter, PCR etc.).
·       Identify and manage project interdependencies.
·       Create and maintain program RAID log.
·       Conduct stakeholder analysis and stakeholder feedback sessions.
·       Work with internal and external partners to plan and coordinate construction dates, furniture install dates and vendor implementation of I&IT-ITS Services.
·       Arrange for move day support.
·       Manage the implementation of an ITS TechLounge installation.
·       Development of a detailed recovery schedule.

Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements

1. Service Implementation, migration and transformation experience
Parameters:
·       Proven knowledge of I&IT services design and modernization, with particular focus in the area of telecommunications infrastructure rationalization, design, and migration.
·       Demonstrated experience with leading I&IT service migrations, including working knowledge of migration methodologies, vendor management, service interdependencies.
·       Ability to plan and execute large scale voice, data, and video services implementations and migrations.

2. Expertise and experience with Enterprise Project Management
Parameters:
·       The resource’s depth of experience leading complex Enterprise level projects related to technology implementations and transformations, workspace modernization, and user migrations.
·       Demonstrated experience of PM methodologies, experience in creating project charters, integrated plan development, tracking issues/risks, managing and reporting project financials and developing governance models.

3. Experience working with the Ontario Government
Parameters:
·       Working experience with OPS Enterprise Project management requirements would be an asset.
·       Experience interacting with and navigating the coordination of critical milestones directly affecting Executive Offices.

4. Level of communications skills
Parameters:
·       Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders and vendor partners (internal and external) and using communication skills to negotiate and document any project and process-related status information and obtain support from key stakeholders and clients on project-related deliverables.

Must Have:
·       Experience with relocation related projects / physical move logistics.
·       Proven knowledge of I&IT services design and modernization, with particular focus in the area of telecommunications infrastructure rationalization, design, and migration.
·       In-depth of experience leading complex Enterprise level projects related to technology implementations and transformations, workspace modernization, and user migrations.
·       Demonstrated experience of PM methodologies, experience in creating project charters, integrated plan development, tracking issues/risks, managing and reporting project financials and developing governance models.

Nice to have:
·       Prior OPS / public sector exp.
