Requirements: What you’ll need

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

Criteria for Evaluation
Salesforce Experience – 40%

·       Leadership experience in the development and implementation of CRM Salesforce solution architectures
·       Experience designing and developing large, complex, CRM Salesforce solutions.
·       Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for implementing CRM Salesforce solutions
·       Experience using OmniStudio tools.
·       Understand all interactions between Salesforce components on a given level of abstraction, as well as to define limitations and requirements for source code

Data Models and Security – 25%

·       Experience with developing and documenting Salesforce Data Models
·       Experience implementing Salesforce security measures, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.

Technical Skills – 25%

·       Experience in customizing Salesforce platform using out of the box configuration and writing code.
·       Experience using OmniStudio tools.
·       Extensive experience with CRM Salesforce applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages and communication protocols
·       Experience in the use of collaboration tools including Microsoft teams.
·       Understanding of Agile Methodology and frameworks

Personal Skills – 10%

·       Excellent analytical, problem solving skills.
·       Excellent communication presentation, verbal and written communication skills
·       Solid business acumen, ability to dialogue with Business teams/leadership to understand their priorities/goals, with intense focus on delivering Business value.
·       Strong interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
·       Solid organization and multitasking skills
·       Ability to pay attention to detail and think ahead.
·       A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines and delivering high profile, complex initiatives.

Must haves:

·       5+ years leadership experience in the development and implementation of CRM Salesforce solution architectures
·       5+ years experience designing and developing large, complex, CRM Salesforce solutions.
·       3+ years experience with Agile delivery methodologies (i.e. Scrum)
