Requirements: What you’ll need

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

Desirable Skills:
Systems Analysis Experience – 40%

·       10+ years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environment
·       Expert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity
·       Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata Reports
·       Demonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to
·       Development, Testing and Implementation
·       Knowledge and experience related to TRA (Threat, Risk, Assessment) process and prepare appropriate documents
·       Experience preparing architecture artifacts, including TRA artifacts

Business, Testing & Integration Experience – 20%

·       10+ years of Business Analysis experience including running JAD sessions, UAT and gathering requirements
·       10+ years of system testing, integration testing experience
·       Demonstrated experience with system Integration experience including ability to understand different systems and pick up new technologies quickly
·       Extensive experience in Quality Assurance preparing Test Plans, Test Cases and executing and monitoring unit, integration and UAT testing while working directly with clients
·       Proven experience with requirement elicitation technics such as User interviews, Workshops, JAD facilitation and interpretation of business needs into system design requirements.
·       Manual system testing and integration testing experience including creating test cases and test plans

Public Sector experience – 5%

·       Knowledge of GO-IT Standards(GO-ITS) and Enterprise Architecture within the RGDMS system

AODA Experience – 5%

·       Hands on experience with AODA and knowledge of accessibility compliance principles as presented in WCAG 2.0, level AA

Must haves:

·       Development and system Analysis experience (good technical background) ** do not submit business analyst profiles
·       10+ years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environment
·       Expert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity
·       Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata Reports
·       Demonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to
·       Development, Testing and Implementation
