Requirements: What you’ll need

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

Deliverables:

• Proven experience as a Planview Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a Portfolio Project Management solution training environment. (ex. Clarity, Jira)
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Planview Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solution or similar EPPM Solution.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Proficient in developing training materials using various formats, such as documents, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Strong understanding of learning principles, methods and techniques skills to participate in the development and implementation of learning programs/materials, and to coordinate learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies including OPS Accessibility requirements.
• Knowledge of learning tools (ex. Adobe Captivate or Articulate) and platforms to manage and support in the implementation and adoption of learning solutions.
• Knowledge of government/ministry policy development principles/practices and approval processes to contribute to the learning policy and program options and recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to influence learners and adopters to meet desired outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Ability to conduct program research and analysis to support the development of learning program development plans, strategies, and products.
• Ability to review current processes and effectiveness, client needs, gaps and opportunities to identify opportunities for improved solution effectiveness.

Must haves:

• Planview training experience
• Proven experience as a Planview Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a Portfolio Project Management solution training environment. (ex. Clarity, Jira)
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Planview Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solution or similar EPPM Solution.
• Experience with creating training materials
• Knowledge of learning tools (ex. Adobe Captivate or Articulate) and platforms to manage and support in the implementation and adoption of learning solutions.
