Requirements: What you’ll need

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

Deliverables:

Expertise and experience with Enterprise Product Management – 30%

• The resource’s depth of experience rolling out complex Enterprise level products related to technology implementations and transformations, workspace modernization, and user migrations.
• Demonstrated experience of Product Management methodologies, experience in creating roadmaps, integrated plan development, tracking issues/risks, managing and reporting product financials and developing Governance Models.
• Developing materials for and conducting executive briefings.

Service Implementation, migration and transformation experience – 20%

• Proven knowledge of Product Management practices and modernization, with particular focus in the area of telecommunications infrastructure rationalization, design, and migration.
• Demonstrated experience with leading I&IT product/service migrations, including working knowledge of migration methodologies, vendor management, and interdependencies.
• Ability to plan and execute enterprise/large scale voice, data, and video services migrations.

Level of communications skills of the individual – 15%

• Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders and vendor partners (internal and external) and using communication skills to negotiate and document any product information, and obtain support from key stakeholders and clients on related deliverables.
• Political acuity, tact, and advising program leads and executives on risk and program problem management.

Public Sector Experience – 5%

• Demonstrated experience in engaging with the public sector, specifically related to Product Management.
• Experience interacting and navigating with clients including Executives and senior management.

Must haves:
• Product Management experience, within the Telecommunications Branch.
• Voice, data and video service migration
