Deliverables:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and solution integration
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities and capabilities
· Knowledge of native capabilities of the system that needs to provide the functionality (e.g., Dynamics 365 or any other system)
· Experience developing, recommending, implementing and managing technical architecture
· Strong communication skills to participate in team discussions, ability to explain complex technical terms for a non-technical audience, make solution recommendations and document/explain work
· Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment, to sell your ideas to colleagues, both technical and non-technical
· Demonstrated the ability to get buy-in from a team to implement new and improved ways of doing things
CRITERIA:
Criteria 1 – Technical Skills (40 Points)
· Hands on experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud
· Extensive experience with at least three different platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, and communications protocols
· Experience with middleware and gateways
· Knowledge of performance considerations in different environments
· Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development and implementation of applications
· Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments
· Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and is able to guide others using this methodology
Criteria 2 – Functional Knowledge (30 Points)
· Experience in working with technical and business partners in creating information architecture and models
· Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs
· Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical processes and data models
· Experience of the OPS Cyber Securities Assessment, documentation of Threat Risk Assessments, and Architecture Review Board process. To lead through each of these areas for successful approvals
Criteria 3 – Interpersonal Skills (30 Points)
· Strong communication, negotiation skills and ability to participate and lead discussions with business/senior leadership on making solution recommendations and document/explain work
Must Haves:
Technical Expertise: A CRM architect should possess a strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365. They should have extensive knowledge of finance and operations (F&O) customization, configuration, integration, and implementation. Proficiency in programming languages C# (for Dynamics 365) would be nice to have. Additionally, the architect should be well-versed in data modeling, workflows, security, and other CRM-specific technical aspects.
Solution Design and Architecture Experience: The CRM architect must have a proven track record in designing end-to-end CRM/F&O solutions that align with business requirements and objectives. This includes the ability to analyze business processes, gather and understand user needs, and translate them into scalable and efficient CRM architecture. Experience in creating data structures, system integration frameworks, and developing customization guidelines is vital.
Project Management and Communication Skills: Effective communication and project management skills are crucial for a CRM architect. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and end-users, to ensure a successful CRM implementation. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and addressing concerns. Additionally, the architect should have experience in leading CRM projects, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
