On behalf of our Government client, Wirehead has a new contract opportunity for a Senior Business Architect.

Requirements: What you’ll need

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
Deliverables:

Assist with development of a business case to justify the transformation of existing Data Centre services and lead the development of the business architecture collateral for Data Centre services required for Enterprise Architecture governance approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the project team to develop the business case required for approval to transform the various data centre services currently provided by the division.
• Work with the various service owners, develop the required data centre services business architecture collateral and bring that collateral through the enterprise architecture governance process to obtain the OPS’ Corporate Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval.

Evaluation Breakdown:

IT Infrastructure Business Architecture Experience – 30%
Parameters:

• Required knowledge and experience developing Enterprise Architecture (Zachman and or TOGAF) collateral specifically Business Architecture for IT Infrastructure services. Any OPS EA governance for business architecture experience is preferred.

IT Infrastructure / Data Centre Service Knowledge – 20%
Parameters:

• Experience and knowledge of Data Centre services and IT Infrastructure is required.

General Enterprise Architecture Methodology and Governance Knowledge – 10%
Parameters:

• General understanding of EA governance and methodologies (ie Zachman, TOGAF, etc) is required with and recent OPS EA governance experience is preferred.

4. Communication (written/verbal) and Negotiation Skills – 10%
Parameters:

• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms and negotiate with stakeholders is crucial to the success of this role.

Must haves:

• Required knowledge and experience developing Enterprise Architecture (Zachman and or TOGAF) collateral specifically Business Architecture for IT Infrastructure services. Any OPS EA governance for business architecture experience is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of Data Centre services and IT Infrastructure is required.
