Requirements: What you’ll need
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
Deliverables:
• Leading one of 2 Technology Foundations
• Developing Governance Model including Integrated Governance, Data Governance, Project Governance, Architecture Governance, and Investment Prioritization and associated Performance Management
• Developing Cloud Adoption Strategy
• Developing and implementing IT Operating Model
• Support with the development of the digital credentials
• Therefore, the required knowledge will be:
• Knowledge of major IT portfolio of products (e.g. Microsoft, IBM, Oracle): their solution/technology architecture, components, integration capabilities, deployment environments, roadmaps
• Knowledge of IT industry best practices and trends, including emerging technologies, and best management practices (e.g. COBIT)
• Practical knowledge and experience in defining and implementing IT Governance models, especially integrated IT governance models.
• Practical experience in designing complex Cloud-based solutions
• Practical experience in designing digital credentials, and designing solutions to use digital credentials
• Practical experience in supporting executives in making IT strategic and investment planning decisions
• Knowledge of application portfolio management tools and processes
• Practical experience in using technical debt measurements to identify, prioritize and execute processes to modernize legacy environments
• Knowledge of approaches to identify, measure and provide recommendations to mitigate technology risks
• Consulting Skills; Comfortable interacting with all levels of stakeholders (Staff, Director, ADM etc.)
• Practical expertise in defining, providing implementation plan and providing change management approach for IT Operating Model
Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
• Technical Knowledge
• Knowledge of major IT portfolio of products (e.g. Microsoft, IBM, Oracle): their solution/technology architecture, components, integration capabilities, deployment environments, roadmaps
• Practical experience in designing complex Cloud-based solutions
• Practical experience in designing digital credentials, and designing solutions to use digital credentials
• Practical experience in supporting executives in making IT strategic and investment planning decisions
• X86 server technology, Linux and Windows Server NOS, basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, switches, LAN) SaaS (Azure AD, Oracle Identity Cloud Services, AWS
• Standards
• Knowledge of IT industry best practices and trends, including emerging technologies, and best management practices (e.g. COBIT)
• Knowledge of application portfolio management tools and processes
• Practical experience in using technical debt measurements to identify, prioritize and execute processes to modernize legacy environments
• Knowledge of approaches to identify, measure and provide recommendations to mitigate technology risks
• Governance
• Practical knowledge and experience in defining and implementing IT Governance models, especially integrated IT governance models.

• IT experience
• Program management portfolio management experience
• 10+ years of exp
