SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - CRM

 

DESCRIPTION

Our Government client is seeking one (1) Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • ·       Minimum 10 years progressive experience in various key-senior roles in business analysis & system integration. 
  • ·       Minimum 8 years working experience planning, designing, deploying and operating of large complex system's development projects.
  • ·       Minimum 8 years working experience gathering requirements using an Agile iterative model for systems development; understanding of concepts for creation of a good user story and its implications;
  • ·       Minimum 5 years of demonstrated project experience configuring and implementing Dynamics CRM or equivalent.
  • ·       Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance concepts and design considerations.
  • ·       Demonstrated work experience of Business Intelligence design, concepts, integration and benefit analysis as per latest industry trends and business practices with a minimum 2 years of experience with Business Intelligence design utilizing SQL Server SSIS/SSRS/OLAP 2005/2008.
  • ·       Expert level carrying out business performance, process diagnostics and assessments.
  • ·       Expert in formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user needs.
  • ·       Expert in business process modeling techniques and common business models including risk assessment including analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, data model, and translation into proper system requirement specifications and ensuring integration with Dynamics CRM.
  • ·       Experienced in most phases of systems analysis & integration while considering the business implications of the MS Dynamics CRM application of technology to client’s business environment.
  • ·       Demonstrated experience in analysis and identification of strategic operational issues and performance gaps.
  • ·       Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional workshops of 10+ individuals (including executive level teams) for process analysis and business requirements gathering through screen mock-ups/ wireframes /prototype as well as to uncover pain points and drive consensus.
  • ·       Experience in working alongside technical resources to build and implement large scale complex solutions such as Dynamics
  • ·       Demonstrated experience developing User Stories, create written specifications, screen mock-ups, and wireframes / prototype for developers.
  • ·       Experience developing and maintaining user acceptance test plans and ensuring product compliance to test plans.
  • ·       Experience drafting user documentation and related materials foe end-user training as required.
  • ·       Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies
  • ·       Experience with SharePoint 2013, Project 2013, Visio 2013 & TFS 2013
  • ·       2 years working experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premises with outlook client experience or certification in MS Dynamics CRM Configurations & Customizations.
  • ·       Minimum 8 years of experience analyzing requirements for legacy systems developed in Visual FoxPro and Lotus Domino as well as other systems in .NET/SQL Server 2008 platforms.
  • ·       Experience working in development environments using Team Foundation Studio 2013, Application Test Manager version 12.
  • ·       Demonstrated experience in the use of MS Office 2013 products as well as Camtasia 2010 for documentation and presentation purposes.
  • ·       Demonstrated work experience in the public sector, particularly with applications that support the business of regulating financial industry (i.e. insurance, co-operatives, credit unions, caisse populaires, loan and trust companies, mortgage brokers, health service providers, and pensions, health service providers).
  • ·       Strong knowledge of OPS I&IT standards and corporate architecture governance.
  • ·       Exposure to AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) and its compliance.
  • ·       Knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK
  • ·       Understanding of SDLC, Agile, RUP, and Waterfall methodologies
  • ·       Prior consulting experience with Ontario Public Sector.
  • ·       Provision of personnel adaptable or experienced with the OPS working environment, the management culture and working with staff and management.
  • ·       Exposure to AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) and its compliance.
  • ·       Knowledge of, and experience with, industry standard policies and procedures with respect to project management / teamwork and applications development (i.e. business case development, procurement, etc.).
  • ·       Must be detail-oriented and analytical with a great capability to combine and incorporate fine points into the holistic picture.
  • ·       Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • ·       Ability to come up with the best solution for given requirements as per clients’ specifications.
  • ·       Ability to provide reasonable accurate estimates for enhancements, based on client’s technical and functional requirements.
  • ·       Ability to take initiatives to start required tasks with minimal supervision and handling diverse situations and rapidly changing priorities.
